Cancellation Policy~Your appointments are very important to our team at Bella Couture Salon. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved           specifically for you to enjoy your services.  We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary.  We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 24 hour notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We ask that all clients provide a credit card number upon booking that is stored in a secured encrypted file.  If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and        cancellations, the charge of your service will be applied to your credit card.

No Show Appointment Policy~Bella Couture Salon reserves the right to require 100% of the service charge to reschedule.  Repeat offenders who no show or cancel without proper notice will be subject to a walk-in basis only.  It is our goal to provide you with exceptional service and a consistent high level experience.  Thank you for respecting what we love doing most ~ Serving You
