As I know you’re all aware, things have drastically changed in the last couple
weeks and even days when it comes to the COVID-19 situation.
 
We at __(salon name)___ have been keeping up with all governing health
regulations and are closely monitoring the situation.
 
As of now, we have decided to remain open and are taking the following health
and safety precautions:
- Disinfecting each station, chair, tools, and implements in between every client
- Each stylist washing their hands pre-service and during the service
- Asking our clients to wash their hand when arriving for their appointment
- We have extra hand sanitizer around the salon
- (add in anything else you are doing)
 
Your health, safety, and hair are of our utmost concern, however, we ask that if
you are not feeling well or have ANY signs of fever, cough, sore throat, etc that
you would reschedule your appointment. We will be waiving any cancellation
fees at this time.
 
We are SO grateful to be taking care of you at our salon and want to offer our
space as a tranquil getaway from everything that is going on. That means, when
you arrive at your appointment, it is YOUR time and we want you to feel free to
chat about whatever you’d like with your stylist. If at anytime the conversation
turns towards the virus and you don’t want to talk about it, please just voice it
and your stylist is advised to move on.
 
We are so grateful to have you as our clients and by you keeping your regularly
scheduled appointment (if you’re able to), allows us as a salon and our stylists to
be able to support themselves and their families during this time.
